The Sioux Falls City Council approved on Monday night the first reading of an ordinance that would move public input to a later time in the city council agenda
It passed by a 4 to 3 vote, with councilors Janet Brekke, Pat Starr, and Theresa Stehly voting against it. Councilor Christine Erickson was not present.
There will be a second reading of the ordinance on Tuesday, June 19.
